Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Counselor with 2-5 years of experience, you will be responsible

for devising and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our institution's online

presence and attract prospective students. You will collaborate with the marketing team

to develop engaging content, optimize digital campaigns, and provide personalized

guidance to students interested in our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various

and display advertising.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest

in our educational programs through various marketing channels.
- Communicate effectively with prospective students to understand their

educational goals, interests, and needs, and provide them with information

about our programs and admissions process.
- Build rapport and establish relationships with prospective students to

encourage them to consider our institution for their educational needs.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns,

support throughout the enrollment process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop calling scripts, training

materials, and call lists to optimize calling campaigns and improve

conversion rates.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and best

practices in digital marketing and education to enhance calling strategies

and achieve enrollment targets.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in outbound calling or telemarketing, preferably in the

education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and

persuade prospective students over the phone.
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for helping students achieve their

educational goals.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage

multiple leads and follow-up tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to the overall success

of the marketing team.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
