**Job Title**:Telesales Executive**
**Location**: Jagatpura**, Jaipur (In person)**

**Job Type**: Full-time | Day Shift
**Salary Range**:₹18000 - ₹22,000 per month**
**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make **outbound sales calls to potential customers**.
- Explain products/services and generate interest in the offerings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/weekly sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Record customer details, feedback, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow-up with prospects and close deals effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum6 months **of telesales experience** (B2B or B2C).
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
