Workplace Ambassador Work Dynamics
What this job involves?
POSITION GOALS
Workplace ambassador will be responsible for the coordinated delivery of effortless and seamless customer service experiences throughout the facility, will spearhead the “Workplace Experience” program for the site and would be solely responsible for the day-to-day management of the employee, visitor, guest and the workplace team’s experience create valuable workplace experience for employees and customers. Also bringing in the connect between the employees and real estate team to enhance the experience and engagement with employees in the workplace.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To identify understand and align employee requirement and expectations with facility team
To be eyes and ears of facilities
To observe employee culture & align requirements accordingly.
To interact with employees on the floor to understand their requirements and take face to face feedback
To architect memorable experience
To available as go to person on the floor to resolve immediate employee experience
Conducting training we care/ we act /we leap training for facility staff
To be a Sustainability champion
To train JLL & vendor partners in grooming & presentation
To improve Workplace aesthetics, look & feel management
Manage the Guest services team deliverables - establishing service level expectations, values and managing day-to-day delivery of the front office experience, conferences, events & meetings across all sites.
Support in BU team engagement events & catering on campus, running community events, awareness talks & presentations
Actively promote the Workplace experience services within the BU community
Liaise on a one on one basis, creating rapport with all EA’s and SPOC’s of various BU.
Workplace Connects and coffee sessions with EA’s and SPOC’s of various BU’s.
Support and Shadow the Fun-activities at the site.
Support and Manage Wellbeing, mindfulness & ergonomics program - develop and implement in collaboration with HR, Benefits & EHS teams
Support and Manage the development and delivery of the employee & leadership engagement program - daily connects, gathering feedback, working backwards on negative feedback ,analyzing general experience trends and employee journey at work.
Support in Formulating monthly calendar of events and implementation plan
Propose ideas to improve event and service quality.
Adopt innovative communications strategies
KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES
Friendly and interactive personality critical thinking, good communication strong problem resolving empathy interpersonal skill, hospitality experience & co working experience.
COMPETENCIES
High caliber professional with quality customer service experience in Aviation, 5 star hotels, events, Banquets etc
