**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**On-boarding New Joiners**
- Coordinate equipment and resources for new hires.
- Welcome and engage with new joiners, ensuring their comfort.
- Serve as a point of contact and orient them with the campus.
- Collaborate with HR for smooth on-boarding.

**Employee Connect**
- Facilitate regular ODC visits and address feedback.
- Introduce workplace facilities and usage guidelines.
- Maintain communication with team leads and action feedback.
- Conduct daily connects in common areas to gather service feedback.
- Campus Tours and Orientation
- Conduct tours for stakeholders, showcasing campus features.
- Familiarize participants with the office environment and culture.

**Employee Engagement**
- Organize events around sustainability, community service, DE&I, and wellbeing.
- Encourage participation in engagement events and gather feedback.
- Support hospitality and soft service teams.
- Update engagement tracker with feedback and actions.

**Quality Assurance and Stakeholder Engagement**
- Ensure service excellence for events and visits.
- Deliver experiential excellence and enhance organizational reputation.Engage stakeholders through communication and feedback integration.**Qualification**:Any Graduate
