Inspired by this philosophy of Peter Senge, a group of young corporate professionals came together in 2002 to set up Smile Foundation to work with grassroots initiatives for effecting positive changes in the lives of underprivileged children, their families and communities.

Today, Smile Foundation is directly benefiting over 1.5 million children and families through more than 400 welfare projects on education, healthcare, livelihood, and women empowerment spread across 2,000 villages and urban slums in 25 states, every year.
- Engaging existing donors through telephonic conversations about the importance of their transformational investment.
- Maintaining the database of individuals for the organization.
- Regular follow up with donors & converting them for long term giving
- Providing relevant information to donors in an honest & effective manner
- Responsible for achieving daily/weekly targets, in accordance with agreed KPI.
- To perform all other tasks as assigned from time to time by reporting manager and other senior persons

**Qualifications** **& Skills**
- English Proficiency (Spoken & Written)
- Good command over Google documents and MS office
- Target oriented
- Good planner & team player
- prefer prior experience as a tele-caller or in fundraising

**Compensation Offered**: 15,000/- per month
