**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for lead generation to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through Tele calling.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Use CRM/Excel software to manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate data entry.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:

- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Liaise with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services.
- **Experience**:

- Proven work experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar role in the IT industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of IT products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecalling Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Must own a reliable two-wheeler for travel.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

- up to 25k + incentives

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
