**About the Role**
An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Student Administrator to join our team assisting our Australian based client on a part - time basis. A key aspect of the role will be assisting our client’s Administration Department. You must have prior experience as Student Admin having working knowledge of MS Office. The position is based in our Trans Asia Cyber Park office, Kochi.
You will be responsible for:
- Manage and administer daily tasks.
- Administration support to Managers.
- Provide high quality customer service.
- Maintain Student list.
- Create and update documents, forms, and procedures.
- Filing of Scanned Documents.
- Any other tasks assigned which may be reasonably from time to time, which contribute to the success of the Organization.
**About You**
- Qualification in Business or related disciplines or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous administrative experience required.
- Sound administration, organizational and time management skill.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (English).
- Should possess knowledge of MS Office.
- Must be results-orientated.
- Positive mind set to a continually changing work environment.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced working environment.
