Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Support the Product Owner: Assist the Product Owner in maintaining a well-groomed product backlog and ensuring the team understands the scope and requirements.Remove Impediments: Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team’s progress and escalate issues as necessary.Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating team retrospectives and helping the team to implement actionable insights.Ensure Scrum Adherence: Guide the team in following Scrum practices and principles, helping them to understand and embrace Agile values.Coach the Team: Mentor team members in Agile methodologies and foster a self-organizing team environment.Facilitate Communication: Ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.Monitor Progress: Track the team’s progress and performance using appropriate metrics and tools, such as burn-down charts and velocity tracking.Support Agile Adoption: Advocate for Agile methodologies within the organization and support the transition

Skills and Qualifications:Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in an Agile environment.Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.Knowledge: Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and software development life cycle (SDLC).Leadership: Excellent leadership and facilitation skills with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of resolving conflicts and fostering a collaborative team environment.Problem-solving: Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Tools: Proficiency with Agile tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work in a fast-paced environment.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
