**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote the university's programs.
- Follow up on inquiries from online portals, campaigns, and walk-ins.
- Provide detailed information about courses, admission criteria, fee structures, scholarships, etc.
- Maintain call logs, update CRM databases, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle incoming calls and resolve queries related to admissions or general student support.
- Schedule appointments, campus visits, or counseling sessions with the admissions team.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to student enrollment goals.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for campaign updates or student leads.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Graduate (any stream).
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or educational sales is preferred.
- Pleasant voice, active listening, and strong convincing ability.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of university admission cycles or educational counseling.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Positive attitude and team player.

Pay: ₹11,431.30 - ₹21,142.09 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person
