**What You Will Do**:

- Supervise and monitor RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) related activities on site.
- Oversee finishing works to ensure high-quality standards and timely completion.
- Ensure proper implementation and execution of waterproofing works.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and management for smooth workflow.
- Maintain quality control and safety standards at the project site.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction supervision
- Multitasking and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of RCC activities and finishing works
- In-depth understanding of waterproofing techniques
- Ability to manage site operations efficiently
