
Accounts Officer

**. Accounting and Bookkeeping**
- Maintain and update financial records, including purchase, sales, and expense ledgers.
- Process invoices, bills, and receipts accurately and promptly.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts regularly.
- Prepare journal entries and ensure timely closing of books.
**2. Inventory and Stock Management**
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure proper tracking of stock.
- Record and reconcile inventory purchases and sales in the accounting system.
**3. Financial Reporting**
- Assist in preparing financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and expense reports for management.
- Support internal audits and provide necessary documentation.
**4. Taxation and Compliance**
- Calculate and file GST returns, TDS, and other applicable taxes accurately.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and statutory requirements.
**5. Payroll and Vendor Management**
- Assist in payroll processing, including calculating salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
- Handle vendor payments and ensure timely settlements.
**6. Customer and Supplier Coordination**
- Liaise with suppliers for billing discrepancies and payment settlements.
- Address customer payment-related inquiries and maintain records of receivables.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
