We are an online company in the business of providing translation, transcription and various other linguistic services to International clients from different timezones.
We are looking for a virtual assistant/project manager, preferably a Computer geek.
Work from home option is available. We would prefer to have someone who has a great command of English as well as Bengali languages, it would be wonderful if you can also type in Bengali, we can also train you with that.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Prepare spreadsheets and keep online records
- Manage Back Office Tasks
- Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation
- English proofreading
- Translation, transcription and subtitling
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and/or G Suite (specifically word-processing and spreadsheet software)
- **Excellent ENGLISH communication is MUST**
- Excellent writing, verbal communication, and time management skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to complete tasks with little supervision
- Highly organized and able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructions
- Able to manage time effectively and efficiently
- Able to work nights, weekends, extended hours, and holidays as needed
- Strong command over Bengali (written) or Hindi or another language will be added advantage
- MUST have laptop and good broadband service
**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹4,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
