We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal

crucial role in supporting our team by handling various tasks, including scheduling client
new tools. The position requires proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and adherence to
standard operating procedures (SOP).

- Schedule Client Calls:
- Efficiently manage and coordinate client appointments and calls.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination with both clients and internal team
members.
- Client Communication:

- MS Office Proficiency:

- Contribute to the refinement of SOPs based on practical experience and feedback.
- Video Editing and Posting:
- Possess basic video editing skills and be capable of posting content on different
platforms as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies quickly.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.64 per month
