**Required Experience and Qualifications**
**Min. Experience required: 2 to 5 year in relevant field (Manufacturing/Packing/Pharma/Food/Spices Etc).**
**Min. Qualification Required: M.Tech / B.Tech ( Food Tech & Nutrition)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**New Product Development & Coordination**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of new product trials.
- Coordinate with R&D, production, quality, and procurement teams for seamless product development.
- Monitor and document trial results, making necessary recommendations for improvements.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of formulations, test results, and product specifications.
- Prepare reports and presentations on new product developments and updates.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards throughout the product development cycle.

**Cross-Department Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials for trials.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure feasibility and scalability of new products.
- Liaise with the marketing team for product positioning, packaging, and branding requirements.

**Quality & Compliance**:

- Conduct initial product testing to ensure it meets company standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in preparing for internal and external audits related to product development.
- Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) are followed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
