**Role Description**

**1. Collection Performance**:Achieving collection targets and objectives set by the seniors, such as reducing outstanding fund, improving collection rates, minimizing defaults

**2. Delayed Fund Recovery**:Overseeing negotiations and settlements with late paying customers, establishing repayment plans, and working to recover outstanding funds

**3. Availability Management**:Monitor day-to-day availability, including, providing availability on respective platforms for hold/booking, and release to ensure timely

**4. Associates and Customer Service**:Ensuring effective and respectful communication with associates and customers, providing assistance, addressing inquiries or concerns

**5. Relationship Management**:Building and maintaining strong relationships with associates, customers, and internal departments to foster collaboration and maintain positive associates and customer experiences

**6. Compliance**:Ensuring compliance with relevant RERA Agreements, JDA Patta procedures, home loan guidelines and rules and regulations of company regarding hold/booking/release of plots and payment including maintaining appropriate documentation, as well as staying updated on legal requirements and best practices to minimize legal risks

**7. Reporting and Analysis**:Generating regular reports on collection performance, analyzing data and trends, identifying areas for improvement, and providing insights to senior to support decision-making and strategy formulation

**8. Process Improvement**:Continuously evaluating and enhancing fund and documents collection processes to increase efficiency, reduce delay rates, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the fund and documents collection function

**9. Team Management**:Overseeing and leading a team of township managers, setting performance goals, providing guidance and support, conducting performance evaluations, and building a high-performing and motivated team

**10. Training and Development**:Providing training to township managers as well as team, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively carry out their roles and meet collection targets

**11. **Any other works assigned by the seniors

Excellent communication skills

**Qualifications**
- MBA in Finance

**Salary**
- Up to 4 LPA

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
