**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Promotion**:

- Actively seek out and engage potential customers for credit card products.
- Promote credit card features, benefits, and offers effectively to attract customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets within the specified timeframe.

**Customer Interaction**:

- Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable credit card products.
- Explain eligibility criteria, terms, and conditions to prospective clients.
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.

**Lead Generation & Follow-Up**:

- Generate leads through fieldwork, events, and referrals.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.

**Documentation & Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verifications and ensure accurate data entry.

**Market Insights & Reporting**:

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and challenges.
- Suggest improvements in sales strategies based on customer insights.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in sales, banking, or financial services is advantageous.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident sales abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Basic understanding of financial products and services.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and fieldwork.
- Knowledge of local languages (if applicable).

**Work Environment**:

- Field-based role with occasional office reporting.
- Interaction with a wide range of customers in various locations.

**Compensation**:

- Fixed salary with performance-based incentives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹12,694.40 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
