**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices based on client contracts, sales orders, or service delivery.
- Ensure all billing information is complete and correct, including tax calculations, discounts, and payment terms.
- Track and manage outstanding receivables; follow up on overdue invoices and coordinate with clients for payments.
- Maintain up-to-date billing records and documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
- Respond to customer queries regarding billing issues, payment status, and account statements.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and audit processes.
- Generate and analyze billing reports to identify trends and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant tax regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable (Freshers with relevant internships may be considered).
- Proficient in MS Excel and billing/accounting software (e.g.,Zoho Books)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with GST, VAT, or other relevant tax regulations.
- Knowledge of ERP systems or CRM software integration.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
