We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented **Data Entry Operators** and **Billing Executives** to join our growing team at National Coaters.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**For DEO**:

- Enter and manage data in company systems and spreadsheets
- Maintain records of materials, inward/outward entries, and challans
- Assist with daily reporting and documentation work
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks

**For Billing Executive**:

- Prepare and generate invoices accurately
- Maintain billing records and file management
- Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch and payment follow-ups
- Assist in daily accounting and documentation tasks

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of **Computer Operations** and **MS Office (Excel, Word)**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn - **training will be provided**
