For one of our clients based in Pune, we are currently looking for
User Experience (UX) Designers
Total Positions : 7
7+ years of experience in UX
Location: Pune
Salary 18-20 Lakhs per annum.
As a part of the process:
1st round will be screening and min of 2 rounds of Technical Interviews will be taken
Early Joiners will be preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide creative, innovative UX designs for complex web systems.
- Explore multiple concepts for new features.
- Research, explore and communicate best practices, designs, and issues and be able to present, explain them, and justify them to stakeholders.
- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs, and with an understanding of constraints.
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems. (e.g. usability, findability)
- Creative team player that likes brainstorm.
- Conceptualize, present and execute ideas within a tight schedule.
- Work with UX deliverables and collaborate with Visual designers and Technical writers.
- Work in collaboration with a Design team, covering the Design System and concepts of next-generation products.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in a design-related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- 7+ years of experience as a UX UI Designer.
- Experience working with BI Dashboards and Product UI added advantage
- Strong portfolio designing complex systems.
- Background in research.
- Working knowledge of a Design System.
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
- Proficient in design software. (e.g. Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma)
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Analytical mind with business acumen.
- Ability to work independently and with a group of peers.
- Strong written communication skills and presentation skills.
