Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to spearhead the development of innovative and user-centric designs across web and mobile platforms.

  • Create high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and demonstrate a deep understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Develop wireframes and mockups that prioritize usability and accessibility across various devices.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide leadership in UI/UX design principles and best practices.
  • Conduct user testing sessions and gather feedback to enhance designs based on user-centered design principles.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides within Figma.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Lead user testing sessions and analyze results to improve designs.
  • Create visually appealing user interface designs that meet business requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with expertise in Figma.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative designs across web and mobile platforms.
  • Expert-level understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Preferred Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing design systems and component libraries.
  • Expertise in conducting user research and integrating user feedback into design solutions.
  • Proficiency in motion design principles and their application in UI/UX design.
