Our mission is to create comfortable and safe apparel that inspires creativity and joy. As we expand our operations, we are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee the management of both raw materials and finished/ready clothes/ products.

Job Summary:
The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire inventory process, from acquiring raw materials to managing finished clothing products. This role involves maintaining optimal inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and production teams, and ensuring efficient stock management to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Raw Material Management: - Monitor and manage the inventory of raw materials necessary for production, ensuring their availability to meet production schedules.
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels and negotiate cost-effective purchasing agreements.
- Conduct regular quality checks on incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Finished Goods Inventory:

- Oversee the tracking and management of finished product inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels that align with demand forecasts.
- Implement best practices for the storage, organization, and inventory control of completed garments to minimize loss and damage.
- Analyze sales and inventory reports to identify trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly.

Inventory System Management:

- Utilize inventory management software to efficiently track inventory levels, orders, sales, and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts and dispatches, to ensure inventory integrity.
- Generate regular reports on inventory status and performance metrics for management review.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with production, sales, and office teams to ensure a seamless flow of materials and finished products.
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding inventory levels, replenishment needs, and potential supply chain issues.
- Process Improvement: - Identify opportunities to improve inventory management practices, including forecasting, ordering, and stock rotation.
- Develop and implement efficient procedures for inventory counting and reporting.

**Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the têxtile or apparel industry. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in inventory management in the Microsoft Office Excel. (Vlookup)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
