We are currently seeking a SAP PM to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

**Work experience**:

- 10-12 years' experience in SAP and in an SAP project management role for 5+ years.
- Experience in managing SAP Implementation, upgrade/enhancement, AMS projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- This involves developing project plans, coordinating resources, managing stakeholders, and mitigating risks.
- The role also requires strong communication skills to provide regular updates and status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Planning and Execution:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Resource Management:

- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, functional/business analysts, and technical infrastructure teams.
- Manage AMS projects and manage resources to meet SLAs and service window/coverage.
- Stakeholder Management:

- Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate project status, and facilitate communication among team members.
- Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Quality Assurance:

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Change Management:

- Facilitate change management and user adoption, ensuring smooth transition to new SAP systems.
- Post-Implementation Reviews:

- Conduct post-implementation reviews and document lessons learned for future projects.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- ** SAP Knowledge**: Strong understanding of SAP systems and processes.
- ** Project Management Methodologies**: Experience with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- ** Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- ** Leadership and Teamwork**: Ability to lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- ** Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve complex project issues.
- ** Business Acumen**: Understanding of business processes and how they relate to SAP systems.

**Work Location**: Client Premises - Bidadi, Bengaluru - onsite - all days.
