Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP PM module and will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and supporting the system to enhance plant maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement plant maintenance processes.
- Configure and customize SAP PM module based on business requirements.
- Perform system testing and provide user training on SAP PM functionalities.
- Analyze maintenance data and generate reports for management review.
- Support end-users in resolving issues related to the SAP PM module.
- Maintain documentation related to system configurations and user procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations regarding maintenance practices.

Skills and Qualifications

- 4-10 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of plant maintenance processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in SAP configuration and custom development for PM.
- Experience with integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules like MM and SD.
- Knowledge of maintenance management principles and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
