Customer Service Associate

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services using provided scripts.

Answer questions and provide information about products or the company to customers.

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and effectively close sales.

Direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary.

Enter and update customer information accurately in the database.

Take and process orders in an accurate manner.

Handle customer grievances professionally to maintain the company's reputation.

Keep records of customer calls and sales, noting any useful information.

**Requirements**:
Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Good communication and convincing skills in English or Bengali.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to handle customer objections and provide effective solutions.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

**Salary**: 15,000 INR per month + Overtime

Job Location: Keva Kaipo Industries Pvt Ltd, #18-19 Dehlon Road, Tibba Village, Sahnewal, Ludhiana, Punjab 141120

Openings: 5-6

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
