We are actively looking for an Plant Accounts Executive for the manufacturing division of a well
- known business group of Goa having multiple business interests in Construction, Manufacturing,Automobile trading, Hospitality, Logistics. The position is based at our plant **Kundaim IDC, Goa.**
**Designation**:Senior Plant Accounts Executive
**Educational** **qualifications** : B.Com, M.Com
**Experience** : 4-5 years experience in manufacturing industry.Should have hands on experience in inventory management at plant level
**Job** **description**:
1 Complete plant accounting operations
2.P&L and BS
3.Purchase & Sales bill booking.
4 Monthly M.I.S.
5.Cost calculations and product profitability analysis
6. Budgeting
7. Variance analysis to identify discrepancies in actual and budgeted manufacturing costs
8. Statutory compliance viz. T.D.S. and G.S.T. returns
9 Receivables and Payables ageing analysis
10.Monthly accounts closing
11. Physical Stock count
12 Coordination with various departments at plant to obtain required data.
**Technical** **skills**:
- General accounting knowledge
- Ms Excel (IMPORTANT), Ms Word
- Tally Prime with Inventory module (IMPORTANT)
- Analytical
**Soft** **skills**
- Logical thinker with a systematic and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to maintain accurate and organized records.
- Strong follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Excellent coordination abilities to collaborate seamlessly with different departments
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
