Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive cum Admin with at least 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate must have strong accounting knowledge, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day administrative operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP or relevant accounting software.
- Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and ledger entries accurately.
- Prepare GST working, TDS working, and assist in monthly/quarterly returns filing.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliations, and bank reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing P&L statements, balance sheets, and financial reports.
- Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and documentation.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain office records, documentation, and filing (physical & digital).
- Coordinate with vendors, courier services, and external teams.
- Oversee office supplies, inventory, and basic facility management.
- Support HR/admin tasks such as attendance tracking, onboarding paperwork, and staff coordination.
- Handle general office communication, emails, and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com or similar).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Admin.
- Strong Excel skills — VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reports, formulas, data cleaning.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks or similar).
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
- Should be detail-oriented, reliable, and disciplined.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Male candidates only
- Candidates with experience in both accounts + admin will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary Range - 30 to 40k
