**Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) for Admission Counselor**

**1. Lead Generation & Outreach**
- Proactively generate leads through multiple channels (online ads, school tie-ups, local promotions).
- Identify target demographics and engage with potential students and parents.

**2. Counselling & Conversion**
- Conduct initial assessments and consultative sessions to understand student needs.
- Provide accurate and detailed information on course offerings, benefits, and pricing.
- Build trust and rapport to guide potential students towards enrolment.
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely and effective communication to increase conversion rates.

**3. Database Management**
- Maintain accurate and updated records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrolment status.
- Utilize What’s app & Classpro software for tracking updating status, and maintaining a pipeline.

**4.Collaboration with Marketing & Sales Teams**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize campaigns, promotions, and special offers.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth handover of converted leads.

**5. Target Achievement & Reporting**
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual admission targets.
- Prepare regular reports on lead conversion, enrolment numbers, and performance metrics.
- Analyze trends and proactively adjust strategies to improve target achievement.

**6.Customer Relationship Management**
- Maintain relationships with enrolled students and parents to ensure satisfaction and build referrals.
- Provide ongoing support to address concerns, ensuring a positive experience for students and parents.

**7. Market Research & Competitor Analysis**
- Regularly monitor competitor offerings and pricing to remain competitive.
- Provide insights on competitor strategies and suggest improvements to the admission process.

**8. Event Coordination & Participation**
- Assist in planning and executing admission-related events such as open houses, webinars, and career counselling sessions.
- Represent the organization at education fairs and community events to promote programs.

Work Time - Time will be flexible (Fixed working hrs - 9:30)

Week off - Monday to Saturday.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
