**Role Description**

This is a full-time role as a Growth Partner at Perky Digital Pvt Ltd located in Jaipur. As a Growth Partner, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop marketing strategies, and execute growth initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience in driving business growth and achieving targets
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Experience in digital marketing or related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

**Experience **:1-2 Yrs

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
