Growth Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Growth Marketing Manager who can build our creator ecosystem, lead influencer collaborations, accelerate app growth, and unlock new business opportunities. This role is for someone who loves hustle, ownership, and building from zero. Responsibilities Creator Growth & Onboarding - Identify and onboard creators across performance, lifestyle & entertainment categories - Maintain creator pipeline - Ensure strong pre-launch seeding so every competition goes live with high-quality content Influencer Partnerships - Collaborate with micro and mid-tier influencers to boost app visibility - Manage briefs, deliverables, posting schedules and campaign outcomes - Drive community challenges and creator-led promotions through influencers App Growth & Weekly Activation - Drive new installs, repeat uploads, and active participation - Launch weekly growth experiments and creator engagement activities - Manage WhatsApp/Telegram groups and resolve creator queries quickly Business Growth & Market Expansion - Build relationships with colleges, studios, communities & partners - Identify sponsorships and collaboration opportunities - Support go-to-market initiatives and help scale presence across categories and regions Qualifications - 2–5 years in creator/influencer/growth/community roles - Strong communication & relationship skills - Experience managing creators or influencers - Fast execution mindset, strong follow-up, highly organized
