Housekeeping Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Housekeeping Executive** to oversee and manage all housekeeping operations within our establishment. This role ensures high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across all rooms and public areas. The Housekeeping Executive supervises staff, manages inventories, and coordinates with other departments to maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and laundry services.
- Ensure all areas are maintained to company and hygiene standards.
- Train, monitor, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory; place orders as necessary.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Coordinate with maintenance and front office departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on housekeeping operations and budget.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
