- Academic Background in food/dairy technology.
- Expertise in a wide variety of training and learning styles, techniques and methods including the Face to Face and Virtual training, in addition to special advisory and auditing activities
- Substantial experience and a demonstrable track record in innovative training design.
Knowledge and experience of working with at least two of the following management system standards: ISO 22000, FSSC, BRCGS and GMP
- Lead auditor /Trainer in ISO 22000, FSSC, BRCGS
- Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels within client organisations. Fully conversant with Zoom, MS Teams, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Webex.
- When needed, having the ability to innovate and create training solutions to develop and deliver programmes of work, courses and events that will fulfil client requirements.
- Design IRCA & Non-IRCA training programmes and materials for public and in-company courses and other events as required, ensuring that all materials are consistent with Training & Improvement Services philosophy, brand and methodology.
- Within authorised area of specialism, undertake business assurance assessments in accordance with current procedures.
- Maintain professional competence by keeping up the technical and other developments in own area of expertise, maintaining IRCA professional registration is a considerable add on
- Take every opportunity to promote additional or higher value services.
- Pass client feedback and insights to appropriate internal recipients.
