Working Location and Days: Vikhroli, 6days a week

KRA: 1. Subcontracting Material Handling 2. Workforce Management 3. IMS Compliance 4. MIS Support 5. Operational Safety

Job Description: 1. Subcontracting Material Handling - Managing subcontracting material movement and the related paperwork - Vehicle planning on daily basis for inward / outward loads for subcontracting activities - Making subcontracting gate passes and E-way bills for the material movement to suppliers - Maintaining receipts of inward material from subcontractors - Managing scrap received from subcontractors - Coordination with QA (Quality Assurance), Stores, suppliers and purchase team to ensure smooth material movements - Maintaining WH (Warehouse) inbound and outbound records.

2. Work force management - Managing team of workmen and contract workmen for day-to-day activities - Identifying, reporting and correcting hazards in day-to-day loading / unloading work with involvement of team

3. IMS Compliance - Maintaining IMS (Integrated Management System) records for the departmental activities

4. MIS Support - Updating BPR (Business Process Reengineering) reports for daily review of the dept members - Support for generating MIS (Management Information System) activities 5. Ensuring Safety in daily operations. - Ensuring safety in departmental activities
