**Who are we?**:
**Role Description**:
The Learning and OD Business partner is a proactive trusted advisor to our customers (Tech business leaders), who analyzes business opportunities and challenges, initiates, develops and leads programs and processes within a business group, to strengthen the learning culture and support business growth. This person will also lead our regional team in India holding the responsibilities for all the learning partners and talent development activities in the region.

**Key responsibilities**:
1. Understand the global business context and translate the trends into learning implications.

2. Lead the team on site: work with the matrix managers to build one team that works together to achieve L&D goals

3. Act as a consultant and source of knowledge to the business in his/her area of expertise

4. Conduct strategic processes in his/her area of expertise

5. Engage and partner with variety of stakeholders in the BG and in corporate to leverage successful performance in the units

6. On-going sensing & proactively diagnose the organizational challenges and opportunities for learning and/or development, tailoring solutions for specific local needs

7. Balance unique BU needs with corporate initiatives and strategy to create optimal solutions and plans

8. Leading end-to-end programs

9. Own end-to-end processes and perspective of change, to optimally address business needs

10. Manage programs in his/her area of expertise, based on needs analysis and Amdocs strategic directions

11. Manage and govern business groups’ and Cross units projects, including budget allocation and prioritization

12. Implementation - Partner with the corporate teams to build relevant and best-in-class tools and methodologies and implement them in the business.

13. Implement top-down initiatives, while customizing and adapting to local characteristics and capacity, and in parallel implement new learning solutions that meet business objectives and targets within a specific unit (Integrate and synchronize learning solutions with internal colleagues

14. Prepare and present presentations, dashboards and status reports to the business

**Critical Experiences**:
1. Expertise in one or more key practice areas of the learning domain

2. Proven track record in ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and peers

3. Managing to impact within a corporate, global, complex organization

4. 7+ years as a learning professional and 3+ years experience in managing teams

5. Experience in leading strategic learning projects in parallel 6. At least some knowledge in Instructional Design domain

**Credentials**:
Bachler/Masters degree in behavioral science
