Builds instructional experiences that make the acquisition of knowledge and skills efficient, effective and engaging. The Instructional Designer is the architect of learning solutions, drawing up specifications and blueprints for learning sessions and developing the learning results in accordance with the design.
*What will your job look like?*
You will:
- Analyze training needs and proposes the directions that learning solution should be taking.
- Craft end-to-end learning solutions - including high level and detailed level designs - that address the business' needs and priorities.
- Develop learning solutions (e-Learning, Workshops, Courses, learning programs).Develop course agendas, decides how best to deliver the course, and crafts exercises, simulations and important metric factors.
- Build learning technology solutions using authoring tools.
- Manage learning development projects in collaboration with both internal and external interfaces.
- Bring to the organization professional knowledge and standard methodologies relating to the learning and ISD profession, methodologies, tools, etc.
- Be encouraged to be a learning "guru", someone who always comes up with groundbreaking learning solutions.
*All you need is...*
- Bachelor of Arts or higher in Behavioral Science or Education and comprehensive experience of a minimum of 6yrs in the domain.
- Hands on as an ISD for at least 2 years
- Working in a global environment will be an advantage
- Project management
- Proven experience in matrix and sophisticated organizations is required
