Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable event/exhibition solutions.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the internal team (design, production, operations) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager/Director.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1-4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the events, exhibitions, or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
