**About Us**

ProBits Technologies is a Bangalore-based company focused on building intelligent training systems for modern organizations. We work closely with Learning & Development (L&D) teams to create impactful, behavior-driven learning experiences that go beyond traditional methods.

We are currently hiring a **Research Intern** who’s excited to explore how learning, behavior, and human motivation shape workplace success. A background in **psychology or behavioral research** is preferred, but not mandatory.

**What You’ll Do**
- Conduct research on behavioral science, adult learning, and workplace motivation
- Analyze global trends in L&D and translate research into actionable insights
- Collaborate with our product and content teams to design better learner experiences
- Help develop psychology-informed models and frameworks for corporate training
- Present findings in simplified, creative, and strategic formats

**What We’re Looking For**
- Pursuing or completed degree in **Psychology**, **Behavioral Science**, **Human-Centered Design**, or any research-oriented field
- Interest in workplace learning, behavior, and growth
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to think critically, communicate clearly, and synthesize complex ideas
- Bonus: Familiarity with instructional design, learning theory, or L&D tools
