Zariyaa is seeking a dynamic and aspiring Psychology intern to join our team If you are passionate about understanding human behaviour, this internship is perfect for you.

You will be part of the Wellness festival we are organizing for our client.
With us, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience while working on meaningful projects that make a real impact.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct wellness activities such as mindfulness exercises, meditative activities and stress relief activities upon training.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all participants.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support when needed, ensuring all attendees feel heard and supported.
- Collaborate with other facilitators and festival staff to ensure the smooth execution of scheduled events.
- Set up and manage activity spaces, including any required materials or equipment.
- Educate participants on simple, practical strategies for mental wellness that they can integrate into their daily lives.
- Monitor and adapt activities to meet the needs of diverse participant groups, including children, families, and individuals from various cultural backgrounds.
- Collect feedback from attendees to assess the effectiveness of activities and provide insights for future planning.

**Requirements**:

- A Master's degree in Psychology
- Experience in facilitating wellness activities, group sessions, or therapeutic workshops is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse audience.
- A passion for mental health awareness and community well-being.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in Mindfulness, Yoga, or related wellness practices (optional but advantageous).
- Experience working with children or families in a wellness or educational capacity.

**Remuneration**:
Rs 4000 to Rs 6000 for 2 day festival.
