**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and distributors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers and suppliers.
- Conduct market research to analyze global demand and trends.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

**Import & Export Operations**:

- Coordinate and oversee the import/export process, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Prepare and review shipping documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Work closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to ensure smooth clearance.
- Monitor shipments and resolve any logístical or regulatory issues.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Follow up with clients on orders, deliveries, and payment processing.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions.

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure all import/export activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in trade laws, tariffs, and restrictions.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and inspections.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in import-export sales, international trade, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of global trade regulations, logistics, and documentation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
