We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Architect** to join our team. This position involves leading the architectural design and execution for **approximately four projects annually**, ensuring the delivery of exceptional and innovative designs. As the sole architect representing Jewel Realty, you will collaborate with developers, consultants, and internal teams to create and execute designs that align with project goals and market trends.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Plan Review and Market Analysis**
- Review and analyze architectural plans with a strong focus on **market trends** and innovative design solutions.
- Conduct **comparative studies** of different projects to assess materials, layouts, and cost implications.

**Design Collaboration and Refinement**
- Collaborate with the developer to refine designs and create **alternate layouts** to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Engage with consultants such as **MEP, structural engineers, and landscape designers** to review and optimize designs.

**Attention to Detail and Coordination**
- Pay meticulous attention to the **intricacies of every single detail** within the project to ensure perfection from concept to execution.
- Work closely with the internal team to **coordinate layouts and designs**, fostering seamless collaboration.

**Representation and Communication**
- Represent the company in meetings with clients and stakeholders, **presenting and defending the architectural vision**.
- Prepare and deliver **presentations** and reports to internal and external stakeholders.

**On-Site Supervision and Execution**
- Monitor on-site activities, ensuring that construction aligns with approved designs and addressing any issues that arise.
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for design-related challenges during the construction phase.

**Regulatory Compliance and Approval**
- Ensure all designs adhere to **local building codes** and safety standards.
- Secure necessary **internal and external approvals** for designs and plans.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp**, and related design software.
- Strong knowledge of **local building codes**, safety standards, and regulations.
- Expertise in creating and delivering **PowerPoint presentations** and reports.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to coordinate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
