**Reports To**: Senior Associate / Senior Architect / Team leader

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage architectural projects, including concept development, design, and construction documentation.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design solutions that meet their needs and budget.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and oversee project progress.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project requirements and progress.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and interns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices to incorporate innovative and sustainable design solutions.
- Participate in client presentations and meetings to discuss project status and address any concerns.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

**Qualification**
- Batchelor / Masters of Architecture
- Prior experience as an architect for components of projects with a demonstrated technical and organizational proficiency.
- Demonstrated superior graphic design and building design and conceptualization skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite
- Experience hand drawing and sketching Preferred education and experience
- Successful completion in the delivery of projects as an Architect.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Rhino, Grasshopper, 3D Max, and Sketch-up

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
