**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused **Financial Customer Service Representative** to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding financial inquiries, billing issues, account discrepancies, and payment processing. Your ability to combine financial accuracy with excellent customer care will directly support client satisfaction and the company's financial health.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Investigate and resolve customer account issues in collaboration with the accounting team.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and assist customers with financial documentation as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records in the system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved financial issues to the appropriate internal departments.
- Provide guidance on company financial policies and procedures in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and data privacy regulations during all transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or finance/accounting role.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask.
- Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude when handling customer concerns

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
