**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products and services.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Address customer queries, provide information, and resolve concerns.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
- **Follow-Up**:

- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into customers.
- Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve performance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **Communication**: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven ability to persuade and close sales over the phone.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- **Language**: Proficiency in English, Hindi.
- **Personality**: Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented.
