**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
- Provide detailed information about products/services offered by Dleaftech.
- Maintain customer records, update databases, and record conversations.
- Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
- Maintain professional communication and represent the company positively.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (or regional language as needed).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
