- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about products/services.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update CRM records.
- Follow up on leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Generate interest and convert leads into potential sales.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for effective lead generation.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
