Spire Royal Pvt Ltd, a prominent real estate company, is seeking talented individuals to join its team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in generating leads, building customer relationships, and contributing to the company's overall success. Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential customers to introduce Spire Royal's real estate offerings, including residential and commercial properties.
- Lead Generation: Qualify potential leads based on their needs and interests, and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with prospective clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call notes, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Sales Target Achievement: Contribute to the achievement of team and individual sales targets by effectively converting leads into customers.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and build rapport with customers.
- Persuasive Abilities: The ability to persuade potential clients to schedule appointments or make purchases.
- Customer Service Orientation: A genuine desire to help customers and provide exceptional service.
- Time Management: The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
