**Role Description**

Pococare is seeking an Associate
- Marketing Communication for a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru. The position's key requirement is to build and sustain Pococare platform awareness amongst its subscribers with differentiated content and communication for family members specifically elderly parents and the rest of the family members.

Key Responsibility Areas
- Develop and disseminate digital content to engage the customer base of Pococare and enhance their emergency readiness
- To develop compelling content aligned with Pococare values on digital platforms
- To increase visibility and engagement on social media platforms
- To track metrics across social media platforms
- To assess the impact and ROI of social media campaigns.
- To coordinate online and offline events
- To join in brainstorming sessions and contribute to idea generation
- Working knowledge of Creative Suite programs like Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.

**Must Have Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong writing and proofreading skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving

**Desirable Requirements**:

- MBA/ PGDBM in marketing, advertising
- Prior experience working in a similar role specifically in a healthcare organization would be a plus
- Good network with creative freelancers, agencies, and print production houses
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Experience across social media platforms, use of influencers to build community
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs

**Salary**: ₹11,417.78 - ₹37,332.50 per month
