**Digital Marketing Assistant Roles and Responsibilities**

**1. Content Creation and Management**:

- Collaborate with the design team to create graphics, videos, and other promotional materials.

**2. Social Media Marketing**:

- Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and foster a vibrant online community.
- Track and analyze social media performance to optimize future campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

**4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC)**:

- Assist in optimizing website content and structure for search engines.
- Support the execution of paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
- Monitor and report on SEO rankings and PPC performance.

**5. Analytics and Reporting**:

- Use tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic and user behavior.
- Analyze digital campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.

**6. Event Promotion**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote exhibitions and events.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with event goals.
- Assist in creating buzz through teaser campaigns, countdowns, and live event coverage.

**7. Audience Engagement**:

- Engage with exhibitors, attendees, and stakeholders through digital platforms.
- Collect feedback and insights to improve future events and marketing strategies.

**8. CRM and Lead Management**:

- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Track leads generated from digital campaigns and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.

**9. Competitor Analysis**:

- Monitor competitors’ digital marketing activities and identify trends or opportunities.

**10. Budget Management**:

- Assist in managing digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
