As Purchase Executive ( Male)

Job Profile

Primary responsibility would be to oversee the procurement of raw materials, supplies, and equipment needed for the production process. This would involve developing and implementing strategies for sourcing, negotiating and purchasing goods and services from vendors, while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.Some key tasks and responsibilities of a Purchase Manager would include:
Identifying and assessing potential suppliers/vendors, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with them.Analysing market trends and supply chain data to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency in procurement processes.

Collaborating with other departments such as Production, Quality Control, and Logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.

Maintaining accurate records of all purchases, contracts, and supplier/vendor information, and preparing reports as required.

Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to procurement activities.

Monitoring and controlling inventory levels to optimize working capital utilization and minimize waste.

They should also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of procurement best practices and principles.

Require Good typing speed (30W.P.M) minimum
Required good knowledge in Microsoft excel ( conditional formatting, v lookup) Computer hands on skill in word ,excel ,PowerPoint.
