Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitoring daily E-commerce operations and address potential issues when they arise.
- Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals.
- Developing and achieving strategic objectives.
- Monitoring operational performance of both internally and externally.
- Preparing MOU for Costumer/Vendor agreements.
- Generating financial reports like Sales, Payments and expenses.
- Monitoring & Mainting the records of overall business process.
- Dealing with third party organizations to get the work done.
- Monitoring team IT, Marketing, Accounts, warehousing, Design and development and getting
work done as per the business requirements.
- Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications.
- Also working as a point of contact between overseas customers and daily Export operations of
the company.
- Contributes to the sustainable international development of the company through the
marketing of goods in overseas markets.
- Responsible for all pre-export documentation.
- Wholly responsible for all pre-approvals of the shipment for the clients before mass production.
- Continuous follow-up with the customers for technical discussion and closure of the orders.
- Contribute in development of International marketing strategy and plans.
- Handling responsibilities of providing input in product development as required.
- Responsible for taking follow up internally for all required operations and documents.
