**Job description**
- **Position**:Billing Executive
- **Department**:Finance
- **Location**:Ghaziabad
- **Minimum Work Experience**: 2-4 years exp in accounts profile in billing and collection, EXCEL proficiency is a must, basics of accounts shall be clear
- **Compensation**:2.4 to 3 LPA

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and prepare invoices, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of billing data.
- Responsible for processing and recording financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, bank entries/bank reconciliation, and reporting of debtors' aging
- Assist with financial audits and other internal and external audits, providing financial data and reports as required
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payment from clients.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and payment.
- Resolve billing issues, such as discrepancies or disputes, by communicating with clients and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and complete billing records and reports.
- Assist with other accounting and finance functions as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations and policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and other stakeholders.
